Os grupos de pesquisa vigentes na Faculdade Evangélica do Paraná são:

Houve a renovação do Grupo de Pesquisa GEPETO, registrado no DGP/CNPq, com um projeto grande em parceria com a Universidade de Würzburg, em Biomarcadores Tumorais, englobando Mestrandos, Doutorandos e Iniciação Científica, na Linha de Pesquisa: Avanços Tecnológicos e Terapêuticos nas Doenças Cirúrgicas.
